No family photos for in-laws 50th wedding anniversary
Wanted nice family photos for in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. Took us in backyard with just plain greenery. Was very hot and bugs were biting, had made a mention about being inside but Scott thought backyard was appropriate. Did not work with us that much. Pictures came out not good, no one in family was happy. I don't have family photo memories now for in-laws 50th. Said I could get $100 deposit back but never mailed it to me. Wished I picked someone else. Very devastating.

Value for money: Prices posted at time of pics were not the prices, they were higher.
Service & support: Not good service at all.
Quality: Did not set us up professionally at all in the photos.
Location: Backyard with no color or lushness in background. Very hot.
Overall rating: Poor
