Who quotes so high for graduates. This is really disappointing. 120 dollars for downloading pictures like are you seriously kidding me?

While we do believe the prices for the photos were on the high side, we were very impressed with the customer service we received. Our order received water damage in the mailbox and when we contacted Flash Photography, they quickly responded and replaced our prints. It was refreshing to have such prompt service.

The customer service for Flash Photography is phenomenal! I ordered a plaque of my youngest son's graduation, and was sad that I didn't have something similar for my older son who graduated in 2013. I asked if they photographed the 2013 graduation ceremony, and they did! They sent me all the information I needed to access the archived pictures, and now I will have a plaque for each of them to hang on the wall. I have not received my product yet, but I believe it will be beautiful! Very happy customer!

I was not able to complete my order on line. I emailed customer service, expecting a response in 2-3 days. It was after business hours, so I would have never expected a response, but I did. I was given instructions and an option to call in and place my order with customer service. Outstanding!

Flash photography was used by FRHS to take photos during the graduation ceremony. I received the proofs via email today and every picture proof they sent my daughters eyes were closed! I'm thinking how could they send proofs like without checking the photos first. I trusted Flash to capture such a special moment in my daughters life but was totally let down. Naturally, I contacted Flash in regards to this and was told there was not another green screen photo available.

I was told that I could come up to their location to take the photos again. This will not work as my daughter is out of town for the summer before she heads to college. The Flash representative that I spoke with was rude and not friendly at all. I will be contacting the school district to formally voice my concerns regarding this experience.

I ordered some graduation pictures and Joseph was very helpful. He helped me locate them and also walked me through the process of getting them. Great job Joseph!

Took photos for virtual college graduation, my appointment was scheduled at the same time as someone else from another University. No disinfectant was sprayed in between session. No door wipe downs and cleary their system isn't set up to not double book. My session felt rushed and lacked professional hospitality and required cleanliness during this delicate time.

I wish I can write a review without given them a star. The service that we received was HORRIBLE. The pictures looked like a below amateur photographer took them. They send to us pictures for us to buy that showed eyes closed. The photographer couldn't have seen that? When I called them they said they don't have quality control and that if I don't like them, I don't have to buy them.

It's a shame that UT Dallas used them. How can they messed up a moment that is a life changing for nay individual. They need professionals to be working at these events and be able to capture a once in a lifetime moment. We are very disappointed that the quality was so low.

Son graduated from college and he does wear glasses. The glare is so bad you CAN NOT SEE HIS EYES! This company does not take pride in what they do. This was a special moment in time and you had ONE JOB.(not to mention you signed up to take pics and can't even deliver a beautiful pic). Seriously! And then you actually charged us for what? Amateur pics?

These young adults worked so hard to get to this special day and you couldn't even take a decent pic. Wow! Just Wow! I'm so embarrassed for you and your company. Just wait till you have a special day (graduation, wedding, birth, birthday, etc) and someone comes to take a pic and it turns out awful. I'd suggest you put the camera down and go find a day job that you can do.

Received the proofs from 2020 high school graduation, pictures looked as if the "photographer" was a complete novice. Our cell phones took better pictures from our vehicle than the way these turned out. Then the price $$$ was outrageous for that poor of quality. Unfortunately we can't get that moment back and the "photographer" had the better angle, too bad they were unable to capture a decent photo.

I ordered twice from Flash for my graduation photos. My second order never arrived (I think it got lost in the mail), so I asked customer service about it and they immediately said they'd send the same order again, no extra fees! Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend.

FISD hired this company for graduation photos. I preordered crossing my fingers and hoping they would be great. Guess what? My sons tassel was directly in his face and his stole was half off. I truly understand it was windy, but a photographer must see the photo after it's taken. My husband is a photographer and if he could've gotten close enough with the social distancing I NEVER would have ordered.

The prices are RIDICULOUSLY expensive! This was a once in a lifetime moment that was ruined. I e-mailed and they offered a different pose where my son was looking up and was also horrible. I declined and requested a refund. They then responded with "mail them back and we will issue a refund" so I responded by indicating I would not pay ANOTHER shipping fee as I had done in the beginning.

I requested a prepaid mailer. They responded back and said to FOLD the photos and mail them in a regular envelope. How friggin rude can you get? Not only did you fail to offer the services you "promised" this is how you treat customers because of your screw up? Yes, I'll be contacting the BBB with my complaint. Idiots. Take a look at what I got for my hard earned money.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Somehow this scummy company has gotten through Texas State University's e-mail offering "free" graduation photos. What they mean is: come dress up, wait in line, and then get photographed. It will only cost you $65 for a DIGITAL copy of ONE picture. or $100 for 2? That's not free. I can understand printing photos as having a cost. There are physical resources involved. But I can't even keep a digital copy? What a scam.

This place is a joke!. I cannot understand how schools and universities can employ such places to take graduation pictures. It is a complete rip off and this needs to be stopped. I ordered a picture in a frame for 98 bucks and not only did it all come separately, but the glass on the frame was blue so the entire picture is blue tinted and the kid cannot be seen through the blue glass. The frame was cheap and just horrible. It was so disappointing to spend so much and get so little. This is a shame that schools do this to us and get away with it!

Not only am I a college graduate in debt from going to college, but now, after I thought the inflated prices of education (and the world) would fade a bit, I received my graduation photos. In order for me to have a professional picture of my special day (the one I WORKED FOR AND PAID FOR) I have to pay an additional $65 for ONE image, that isn't even that great.

If you are going to charge the price of my electric bill for the month, for only one digital copy of a photo, please make sure you knock the photo out of the park, and ensure that we aren't with our eyes half closed, or with our honors stash falling off, before you hit *snap* I can't believe I have to pay $65 if I want ONE photo to commemorate MY HARD WORK, SWEAT, TEARS, and MONEY.

If you look up the term price gouging in a dictionary you are sure to find Flash Photography's name there. Shame on the universities and schools who hire this company to take photos of their graduates. Clearly someone at these universities is getting a nice cut of the profits from Flash because there is no other reason this company would be hired for doing what countless other companies do at a fraction of the cost. Flash Photography recently photographed the University of Texas at Austins graduates and I am happy to share with you the prices of the photos they are offering to graduates: 1 Image $65.00 2 Images $95.00 3 Images $120.00 Additional Images are $15.00 Each You want physical photos of your special day? It'll cost you $270 for 4 8x10's, 10 5x7's, and 24 wallets Just want one copy of one photo? $63.95 for one 10 x 14 inch photo.

Their photos were excellent quality and their customer service was amazing. I called because I had a question about my order and they got me exactly what I wanted. My mom loved the photos too (great Mother's Day gift!). 100% would recommend.

Got my order in the mail super fast! Also ordered digital files which came in the form of an instant download in an email. The digital file was really big and came with copyright release, so it was easy to get them printed in bulk and added to the photo book I had going already. Customer service was wonderful to work with - the associate I spoke with was very understanding of my timeline and took care of my order really quickly.

Flash took both my High School and College graduation photos. My family and I are SO happy with the way they came out. Their digital files were very worth it. I was able to send the digital images to family and friends AND print them out at my own pace or didn't have enough the first time. Thanks Flash for helping make these memories last a lifetime!

Flash Photography was the photographer for all of my college events years ago. We recently purchased graduation photos from Flash and loved the options available. They were able to capture a photo we were not able to on graduation day. We also appreciate the choice to purchase the digital file for an extra $15 with our photos.

The prices are absolutely ridiculous. 2 digital images of my graduate cost me 102.00. The image of him accepting his diploma is terrible quality. He has a glare on his glasses where you can't see his eyes in both images. Upwards of 400 students graduated at this ceremony so this place stands to make thousands of dollars ripping people off with these prices and poor quality photos. Unfortunately, the way the venue was set up, the parent weren't able to get close enough to the students to get our own pictures so these vultures stepped in and took their pics and basically ransomed them back to us. Shameful.

Awful quality. They took ONE photo on stage when I graduated and unfortunately for me, my college's president blinked. I ordered the other pose they took and the laminated photo quality was old school, 90s type of laminate over the photo. The complexion smoothing looked like someone took the blur tool on photoshop and applied it all over my face.

I tried yet again to get better quality photos and ordered pictures without the smoothing and with the highest quality option this time (pearlized) and my face looked like a holographic pokemon card PLUS they messed up the background and blended it into my graduation cap, I couldn't believe that. I'll definitely be complaining to our school about such poor quality and returning these photos.

$65 for ONE digital download! Will be complaining to the school and suggesting a more affordable photographer.

I'm extremely disappointed in the prices you charge for pictures that aren't even that great. The photographer is situated on a ladder BELOW the stage. Anyone over 100 pounds has a double chin. Every classmate I have spoken to about the photos is disappointed in the quality and the prices. The happiest moment of my life was not captured by your subpar photographer.

I paid $120 for a personal photographer that took about 50 beautiful photos of me before graduation. Shame on your company for exploiting graduates and charging an arm and a leg for a picture. I had to deal with this same company for my son's graduation and his photos were not great either. Prices: Full Resolution Download 1 Image $65.00 2 Images $95.00 3 Images $120.00 Additional Images are $15.00 Each 1 Unprotected 8x10 is $15.95 1 Unprotected 8x10 and 4 5x7 is $49.95 Give me a break.

What a train wreck.be careful what you order, because chances are it wont be correct. When you order a Frame set for a 5x7 of your son's UNT Graduation and it arrives for a 4x6 because that is all they sell for that Frame set, but doesn't state such. Their solutions is for me to buy a package of 4 x 6's. in addition to what Ive already spent. What a worthless SOB.a 1 star because 0 was not an option.

We recently ordered one of the products Flash Photography offered after my daughter's college graduation. It arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it was damaged (prior to being packaged). I reached out via the form on their website and explained the situation, and requested an undamaged version. I was pleasantly surprised to get a prompt response (after business hours) and a promise to make my situation right.

Within a week (about the same time frame for ordering and receiving my original) I happily received the replacement. I cannot say enough great things about the customer service they provided. Thanks, Carol! You are awesome!

They were hired for DBU graduation. They were terrible. They chose to have a single shot of walking across the stage. Their angle of that single shot was TERRIBLE. The photo got the back of the presenter and an upward shot of the graduate. It was uncomplimentary and because it was a single shot they did not even bother to give a proof of a shot where the graduate's eyes were open. These people were terrible! Would NEVER recommend this business to ANYONE.

Flash Photography took Oak Ridge High School's 2016 graduation pictures for the ceremony held at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. I purchased four 5x6 photo's and was charged $132. This price does include the touch ups to the pictures which were $25 per picture! This is robbery! Those touch ups don't require that much skill or time. I've never been charged that much and I've had some very professional pictures taken for senior year.

The quality was just mediocre. They have you over a barrel. They are the only professional photographer there for the ceremony. The class was 840 graduates & the pavilion is a large venue so they will get a better shot than you as a parent will. Conroe ISD, as large as our district is, and our class sizes are this is a premier bargaining point to get a better deal!

Flash Photography took the pictures for all 3 of my kids high school graduations, the most recent being this year in June. I have ordered select prints as Ala Carte, and only spent $36 with tax. I purchased 1 8X10 (Onyx background) and 1- 5X7 (stage pose), same pose and background each time. I will admit a few of the backgrounds aren't the most attractive so I went with the one that looked the most appealing.

The great thing is the images are available on their site as long as you have your code, so I was able to re-order a print from my daughters 2011 graduation that was ruined ( we got it wet). I love the quality of the prints and in my opinion I was given enough options to satisfy my desire to have photos of my children's special day.
