Prior to the opening of Fleetwood One Hour Photo, the principals in the company, Frank and Doris Distefano, were an integral part of bringing "One Hour Photofinishing" to the Knoxville, TN area in 1981.

A bit pricey but they have always been able to help (have what I need) with my projects. Just a few examples of services I've used.needed tiny picture for locket, needed large picture for father in-law's funeral and after death of mom this year I dropped of old picture of mom and dad to get copies and give to each of my siblings. Also, years ago took in over 50 reels of 8mm home videos to convert to DVD and extra copies for all my siblings (that one wasn't cheap but each sibling paid their portion so that helped). Mom really enjoyed watching the old movies. Staff at Fleetwood are friendly and helpful.

I got my invitations, thank you cards, place cards, menus, table numbers, and more here for my wedding and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the initial design all the way through picking up my last prints, everyone was kind and helpful throughout the process. The design was beautiful, and the prints are high quality.

I am very pleased with Fleetwood The Print Refinery. They repaired a broken cassette and transferred it to a cd. It was very sentimental as it was the only copy of a musical I was in during my college days 45 years ago. They also transferred two more cassettes to cd's. They were about 30 years old. I will be back. I got EXACTLY what I ordered. Check them out!

I had to come to this little shop to get my fingerprints done for a job twice. First time was due to them being incomplete. However, I am rating 5 stars because the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I really liked how they treated me and was very patient with me during the fingerprint scanning even though we had to redo a few of them a couple of times. From the looks of it, they do everything there from wedding photos to business cards. They weren't badly priced, either.
