People often ask me how I get everyone to appear so natural in my photographs. The simple answer is just that - everyone is natural. I use all the abundant light, great landscapes and beaches that Florida has to offer, so that my images look genuine without artificial light and over the top enhancements. With many years of experience as a Fort Myers photographer of people, I create images of happiness and joy. I'm Frank Simonetti and I've been a part of people's major life moments as a Florida wedding and family portrait photographer for over twenty five years.

My father was a professional photographer and joined with my Uncle Henry, a US Air Force Photographer. They both served during WW2. Upon their return from overseas, they created a photography studio in Boston across from the Conservatory of Music. So, I grew up in the warm glow of bright lights and happy people.
I always feel honored to be a part of such and important, personal day to create as their wedding photographer. I strive to embrace the natural beauty of the family, couples and children so you see the love and light within, not fake enhancements. Certainly, having Sanibel Island and Fort Myers as a wedding location makes for plentiful and great images.

Frank created beautiful photographs for my wedding! He was very responsive and easy to work with during the entire process from planning all through the day of my wedding. He was funny to work with and my family and friends really enjoyed that. He was also very quick and mindful of allowing us to enjoy the day and not be too bogged down with constant pictures throughout the night.
He chose the best backgrounds and even kept us out of the sun before the ceremony. He sent me teaser pictures which are so gorgeous and a very appreciated touch. I highly recommend him for any of your photo needs!

We are beyond thrilled with our wedding photos that Frank took! He made the experience fun for our kids, he pays very close attention to detail, very meticulous with the setup of the shots as well. Frank was amazing! We were so happy to get him after seeing the samples of his work on his site and our photographs turned out just as great as those! He was very energetic and creative with the shots. He was also very flexible in that the day before the ceremony, everything was moved from the afternoon to the morning and he was able to accommodate with no problems! Would recommend 100%!

We recently hired Frank for our wedding on Sanibel Island based off of all the great reviews and recommendations. Frank did an absolutely stunning job on our wedding photos. He has a great personality, and kept everyone always smiling and laughing and my photos came out phenomenal. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my wedding photos, many people have told me my photographer did a WONDERFUL job. And I agree! He is genuinely a talented artist who is dedicated to capture the very best pictures you are looking for. Thanks to him we have our mesmerizing photos on the beautiful Sanibel beach. We had agreed on an hour photoshoot but he spent about 2 hours to take photos in various poses at multiple locations. I won't be able to recommend any photographer more than Frank. He is also very fun to work with!

Sanibel Island Beach Wedding. Awesome - we are really, really thrilled with the photos! Having a lot of fun going through them and picking out favorites. Most of all we want to say "Thank You" from our hearts! You captured the spirit of the moment, the love and the fun. As a former concert photographer for Musician Magazine - I considered myself lucky to get one cover worthy shot and a couple decent shots worthy of interior pages - when you see it in the view finder "it's already gone". Gotta anticipate the shot and have a little luck and a little skill to capture those rare perfect shots - Frank did just that!

We are so pleased we chose Frank to be the photographer for our beach wedding on Sanibel island. We also made a last minute decision to also include a video. We are absolutely thrilled by the photos and the video. Frank took lots of shots and captured the day perfectly, and he was so great to work with. The video (shot and produced by his wife Larissa) is unbelievable!
