The love of photography came naturally for me through my father. Although he didn't work as a professional photographer, he strived to have all of the "best equipment". Twin lens reflex cameras, 35mm cameras, press cameras, and on and on. And his mission, to take photographs of his family for the sake of having these treasured keepsakes. When there was a special event or holiday, he would pose his 5 children, in front of the fireplace for a Christmas card picture, or in our front yard in front of the American flag on the 4th of July, and he would "snap" away. I have no doubt that there are many people out there with the same great memories that I have from growing up. What my father understood was that these precious moments are all too brief.
Senior portraits are a time that the graduate wants to have photographs that will reflect their own personality. I love doing location shots as I feel this really affords the graduate to be a part of the decision making process, and allows them to be in a setting that they feel comfortable.
Personally, I love color photography with colors that "pop", that bring the image to life and refreshes the feeling that you're standing there reliving that moment all over again. And isn't that what it's all about anyway. I thought so too. And there is the undeniable Pure Romance of the art of Black & White photography. These images can tell an embracing story with an incredible range of emotions. They have a way of speaking to the heart that is unparalleled.

- I would recommend this business
It's been a year since Fred photographed my daughter's wedding. I am certainly late with this review but better late than never they say. The pictures were great and I still enjoy looking at them. He notices things that other people might not and the photos then capture a feeling and moment in time which is priceless. Not every photographer can do this and he does it so well. I remain thankful we found him and I would recommend his work to anyone.
