Great pictures
Actually getting them!
We loved the photos that Rachel took. We didn't love getting the run-around and excuse after excuse as to why we weren't getting our photos. Finally, 2 months later, we received an email with a file to download them ourselves from a file-sharing website.

We were told, "I'll do it next week", "I'm sorry, I forgot!", "I've been sick", "I've been busy".

Clearly professionalism is not their forte. Also, it makes you suspicious as to why they are not listed on the Better Business Bureau website as a legitimate business.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for any kind of photography.
