They were the school photographers with Madison Kindergarten Academy this year. It took THREE attempts to order my son's fall photos. The first attempt my card was declined- I'll admit this was obviously my fault. I was never notified that they had tried to run my card. I called about a month after the fall photos were supposed to arrive and the woman was extremely rude.

I asked if it was possible to still order the photos and she said they wouldn't do the order over the phone but she'd send the proofs to my home. I called a third time in April, after the proofs never arrived and after spring photos were done. I was FINALLY allowed to order the fall photos over the phone. When I asked on the status of the spring photos, they replied they didn't know when I should expect them and made no efforts to find any information out for me.

It's now June, I've been unable to find any information out about the spring photos, the fall photos finally arrived last month, and the proofs I requested of the fall photos over the second phone call arrived this week. They're a joke and I'll be letting the school know what a terrible experience it's been.

Picture day is a BIG deal at woodlawn elementary. Why they continue to use these guys is beyond me as you will NOT receive any pictures. You loose all the cash you send with your child.

I'm still waiting on my kids school pictures it's been 2 and a half months. They claim they don't know why but they will ship them to my house. I asked when will that be she says in the next few weeks. What in world kind of mess is this?

I never would order for school photos this photographer! My son so handsome boy and photos from 1 Grade SO silly. I hope you never came to our school again

My sons school pictures are for the 3rd year in a row TERRIBLE, not in focus, he is so yellow or sickly looking, not to mention they are printed on a low budget paper. I pray the school finds someone else to do pictures in the future.

If you want to wait 2 MONTHS to get pictures back that aren't even great quality to begin with with a less than mediocre photographer this is your place. I'll go to a real photographer to get her school pictures done from now on. Hard pass on this place dont waste your money! Also got my daughters class picture in and its out of focus and complete trash. The schools need a new contract with other photographers. I wish I could upload the pictre to show you how bad the quality is.

2.2 rating Now we know why. To bad schools don't care about rating. Paid extra for back ground didn't get it paid for a package got what they wanted to give us. Nice business practice

PLEASE HEED ALL OF THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Mr. Graham took senior photos for my daughters high school at Fort Campbell, KY. My daughter is severely handicapped and zero patience or effort was shown in handling her or her photos and they of course turned out awful! I found a private photographer and the only issue was finding a matching drape. I called Mr. Graham's studio to see if I could borrow one of the ones used for all of the seniors and offered to purchase a small package from the bad pictures he took, or leave a substantial deposit as reassurance they would get the drape back.

The ladies in his office said that I could borrow one. Mr. Graham just called and adamantly refused to let me borrow the material, even with an offer of a $500 deposit. He has zero affection toward special needs children and is overall a very crude and insensitive person. All of the inappropriate behavior reviews do not surprise me and I think all things considered, a notice should be sent to EVERY school within 100 miles of Bowling Green, KY making them aware of these reviews and allegations. He should not be the chosen photographer for children!

Still waiting for my son's pictures. After months. They haven't cashed the check or anything. When I call they say they don't know and can't check. I want my son's pictures. They don't even have a date for when the pictures go out. My proofs weren't turned in late so there is no reason why I'm still waiting.

I am trying to locate a elementary school picture from 1961, when I attended school at Ratcliff Elementary. I called the number for Graham Photography in Bowling Green, this is the company that the school used. I got an answering machine, all they said was the time they were open and this was not an answering machine. How am I supposed to talk to someone at this business, can anyone help me.
