Creating great pictures is what I do, and it is simple: I take hints, requests and cues from my clients, I follow as much as I lead then carefully directing when needed. Usually we just step onto the beach, form a loose group and start working. With children I work patiently and sometimes playfully. With groups I work easily, quickly and humorously. I look at pictures for a sense of honesty and excitement with a natural feeling between people and places whether we're working along the Pacific Ocean or in the studio.

You also took pictures of me with my four grandchildren. I saw the proofs you sent my son and daughter-in-law yesterday at the twin's birthday and they are beautiful.
