Jon has been a photographer for many years. he photographed my wedding in Chautauqua. He worked well with our budget and made beautiful pictures. We loved our wedding pictures and our guests did too. His assistant did a wonderful job also. I would highly recommend them for a wedding if you are getting married in that area.

This was definitely the worst vendor I had at my wedding. I'll *try* and keep it limited to the facts. Photos had no artistic quality - Subjects were not centered or evenly balanced (ex: A large photo with 20 people had 6 on one side of the bride and groom and 14 on the other. There was no reason for this and he never took the initiative to tell people where to stand. - The photographer goes completely off of "spray and pray".

He took a LOT of photos, which can be good, but he was definitely focused on quantity NOT quality. There seems to have been very little planning in the photos. - He didn't pick very decent spots for photos - there is trash in the background of my bridal shots when there were dozens of other options with beautiful scenery. Yup, I have propane tanks by my head in almost all of the bridal shots. - The photos aren't edited - have you heard of cropping?

The only way I was able to salvage any of the photos was to edit them myself. He offered me a second photographer - the second "photographer" told me he wasn't a photographer at all, just his son looking to earn some cash. His son also told me that he hated photography.and you brought him why? And he's telling me this.why? Not a very good business practice. Did not respond in a timely manner after the initial "sign a contract".

I sent multiple emails that never got answered. His son acted in a completely unprofessional manner around all of my guests and was disrespectful to me and the reception vendors. All of the music we played was soft, classical, some country.and he starts doing karaoke to Slayer (or something along those lines). FIrst of all, you're a vendor, why are you participating in the karaoke?

I am all for giving vendors lunch and taking care of them, but I expect them to act professionally. Second, have some common sense, this was obviously done just to be obnoxious. On top of that, is his Dad telling him to act professionally? No, he's taking pictures of his son. Brilliant. I was not a bridezilla by far but looking at the terrible work presented to me, and the ridiculous way they were acting, makes me wish I had been.

Working with these two was the worst decision I made. The photos they took were no better (if not worse) than the ones taken by my friends and family. That's my two cents, if you're on a budget, hire a photography student, they would do ten times better than these guys.
