Was NOT pleased with my service with brockschmidt photography. i chose bill as my photographer because everyone i had talked to said he was a wonderful choice. Much to my surprise. After i had paid my deposit, he stopped returning my calls, emails, etc. 3 months later when i finally had to go to HIS HOUSE. i left a not so nice note, because i was freaking out since our wedding is 2 months away.
He of course called immediately, and had every excuse in the book about why he wasnt contacting us. HE CLAIMS, ,, his internet was down and he had to create a new email address. well if you get a new email address. shouldnt you be CONTACTING your clients and letting them know how to reach you? Also, the number that he called me from was the number i had been trying to reach for MONTHS, and he said "ohh, i dont know why it didnt come up, all my other calls get forwarded to my cell phone." He claims he was going to send us back our deposit in a check, and that was almost 3 weeks ago. well we STILL dont have it. So, all in all. DO NOT use brockschmidt photography! I wouldnt want him conning you into taking your money too! >:-
