Overcharged yearbook photo. Messy brochure talked about packages and after I realized that $100 would not me any photos. I asked for refund since the other packages were hundreds moreJust wanted the one that was added to yearbook. I wad told that I would not get any refund. Instead psying $ 45 my bill was 100 any no photos to put in frame. Just poor customer service.

As a photographer, this place is horribly uncooperative and is a scam. $700 dollars later and they claim they cannot send the digital file to any of their clients. Not to mention it takes up to 12 weeks (3 months) for them to process and mount simple portraits of an individual. Shameful.

Very bad Service, Women at front desk especially. Went to pick up Passport Photos, I did not like how they turned out. I told the Women who handed them to me. She said. " NO REFUNDS " I was about to tell her I would just pay for two more. But after what she said to me, I would not step foot in this place or tell a single Person. $20 For Two Unusable Passport Photos. Please Don't waste a Cent at a place that does not value customer Service

Manuel Moya is the best photographer that I could have asked for! My fiance and I recently shot our engagement pictures with him and we received all the images within a few hours! He made the photo shoot very fun and comfortable. He showed us every picture after every pose to ensure that we would satisfied before moving on to another location/pose.

We arrived to the photo shoot with a couple poses that we wanted to try and he satisfied each one! We cannot wait to have his services for our wedding and we plan on using his fantastic skills for further photo shoots! Sincerely, Scott & Cynthia

Overall experience was excellent but when it comes to getting our pictures ready in an efficiently time it takes them around 11/2 to 2 month to have them ready! Not sure how they do with Christmas pictures but I will hate to have pictures taken in Nov and receiving them the following year.
