I have had nothing but positive visits to Simple Smiles. It had been several years since I had been to the dentist when I started going there. I have had a bit of work done in the past 2 years and I have no complaints. Everyone is friendly and very good at their job. I have recommended them to others.

Only had one visit so far but my usual anxiety from a visit to a medical facility was immediately alleviated here. Everyone was very kind and just all around good vibes. Even better when they all helped me find my piercing I dropped on the carpet twice Once I sat down for my actions care it was quick and efficient. Every station is filled with super helpful and knowledgeable people. Will definitely be coming back.

Totally recommend Simple Smiles. They take time to fully explain your care and needs in detail and deliver information in a way that I can understand it. I excusively see Dr Carlisle because she has a conservative approach to save teeth and crown them or pull them the first time something appears wrong. The office goes out of their way to recommend and schedule visits to specialists and promptly files insurance each time.

They recently explored some options for an Endodontist because I had a situation that they couldn't remody. Because I was willing to drive to Knoxville, I got an appointment in one week and saved several hundred dollars. Everyone in this office, the receptionists the hygienist, the assistants, and the dentists, are pleasant and show genuine care for me and my family.

First class office. Very professional, friendly and helpful. They're very good at what they do and it's an added bonus that the work was totally pain-free.

Consistency is a huge factor for us humans seeing that we are flawed by default. But collectively I believe we can be flawlessly consistent. At simply smile, it is not about one person, the whole staff compliment each other. From the front desk to the operating room. Teamwork does make the dream work. It is the consistency for me.

Dr. Carlisle is an excellent dentist. The dental assistants are very courteous and helpful. You feel respected from the time you enter starting with the welcoming receptionists.

I drive several miles to come "visit" with Martha, my hygienist. It always seems more like a friendly visit than a visit to the dentist. Everyone there is great. They take time to explain everything and even show you your xrays if there is an issue that needs fixing. Love my "Smiles" team.

These are some of the nicest staff, hygienist and dentist you will ever meet. Every apt has been amazing. They have been so good to my son! I don't think you could find a better crew. Always friendly, helpful and just all around wonderful. They are always willing to let me stay with my son or come and talk to me after his apt is over.

Went in for my first ever filling in my adult life. Dr. Carlisle and her assistants were so kind and patient. I appreciated their calm demeanors that helped while I was very nervous.

Excellent care and staff. I've been to several dentists over the years and Simple Smiles is truly the best I've ever been to! They really care about their patients and treat you just like family.

Suffering from a bad toothache & without a dentist, I called Simple Smiles. They were able to get me in the next day. Although I arrived late (sorry!), they were able to work me in rather quickly for x-rays. Everyone there was pleasant. Armed with an antibiotic, I returned the next week to have two teeth removed. Although the extractions ended up not being easy on either of us, Dr. Drew Shabo & his assistant Amy were wonderful. Once again, the staff was terrific. I highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience. I was new to the area and was nervous about picking a new dentist. The front office was very welcoming and my hygienist did a fantastic job explaining everything that she was doing and making sure I was aware of that was going on. They made me feel extremely comfortable and heard. So glad I made the decision to come here!
