Fundamentally this place is out of business. Extraordinarily poor set up, "just leave a message" sort of thing. Would not trust this place at all.

Great experience. Rented equipment and had no issues. Very quick and painless to pick up and drop off. And equipment was in excellent condition and provided in a hard, protective case. Overall great experience.
