Jenna-Beth Lyde leads Parish Photography since 2012 after apprenticing under founder Charles Parish. With Trinity University business and art background, she maintains the studio's legacy while modernizing workflows. She manages operations and shoots 30+ weddings annually.
Meghan
Associate Photographer
Meghan joined Parish Photography full-time in 2022 after 4 years assisting. A Trinity University graduate with teaching expertise, she trains new photographers and handles client education. She photographs 20+ events annually across multiple formats.

Charles Parish
Founder
Charles Parish established Parish Photography in 1964 with his uncle George. As Terrell Hills' longest-serving councilman, he combined civic engagement with photographic artistry. He photographed over 4,000 events before retiring in 2023.

How many photographers will attend our event?
All weddings receive two photographers; corporate events get one primary photographer with associates available for additional coverage.
What's your turnaround time?
Wedding galleries deliver within 3 weeks, corporate events within 3-5 days. Same-day previews available upon request.
Do you offer print services?
Digital galleries include free downloads. We offer professional prints through our partner labs at additional cost.
Can we request specific photo styles?
Yes! We accommodate style preferences through pre-event consultations and customized shot lists.

Fantastic wedding pictures. Our photographer took all sorts of angles and really worked on making the event special. They're easy to work with and very reasonable, a real find in San Antonio.

I've been using Parish Photography for my event photos for over a year now - they have become my go-to photography favorites. J.B., the owner, is a staple at our parties, and I'd venture to say that my guests have grown to like her and look forward to seeing her snapping photos of them. She always shows up on time, and is somewhat of a photog ninja in the fact that she's never in the way, but always manages to capture some really big moments of the party.
Her style is definitely unique, a bit of the classic mixed with an edgy editorial feel. None of it is contrived, and that's a great thing to know when looking back on your photos. My favorite thing? I never have to tell her what to take photos of. She just gets it. If we have an event sponsor, she is sure to snap plenty of shots of their product. If there's a delectable menu item that a chef prepared, she knows to photograph it.
If there's a guest with an excellent outfit on, she snaps their photo and makes them feel like a celeb. Oh wait - there's one more favorite thing. The turn around time is super fast - I always have photos in my inbox within days of my event.

I couldn't possible think of enough good things to say about Jenna Beth and Parish Photography. I live out-of-state and set up a family session with JB over the Christmas holiday when we were in town visiting my parents. She was incredibly flexible as our schedule was pretty tight (AND it was Christmas time!). She is very sweet and easy to work with. My family was extremely happy with the shots that she got of us.
Her communication is EXCELLENT. No email or phone call has taken more than 48 hours to be returned. Still, 6 months after our session, when I email with questions about the digital copies of our pictures, she is incredibly responsive. It's clear Parish takes customer satisfaction seriously. I highly recommend Jenna Beth and Parish Photography!
