Stratford School has used this company for the last 9 years my son has attended. The service has definitely degraded over the years. This year the photos for the entire class were poorly shot and they shorted us half the order. Based on the kids hair in the class pictures they didn't make any effort to adjust their hair before photos. My other son goes to challenger and they use lifetouch which has better quality, lower prices and doesn't short you.
