On behalf of the Seal & Serpent Society at Cornell University, I am writing to give Jon a strong recommendation for the amazing work he did retouching/restoring photos that were many decades old. You can literally see the images "pop" off the page -- very life-like. So impressive compared to how they used to look!

With a new job, it was time for my first professional head shot and I could not be more pleased with the results from Jon Reis. Great set up with pros who are experts at putting you at ease so that you look your best. I was given lots of choices to choose from and then opted for the additional expert touch-up service - well worth it! Great local gem for all your photo needs.

I had a very positive experience working with Jon and his assistant, Matthew, for a business portrait. Appreciated the covid safety protocols that the studio put in place. Jon has a great eye for detail and is talented at putting his subjects at ease. I appreciated Matthew's thoughtful retouching job. All in all, I found the studio to be very accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend!

Jon Reis worked with our alumni organization to capture the exterior of our historic property via drone videos as well as a 3D interactive tour of the interior. These were ultimately used to upgrade our website. I would highly recommend Jon Reis and our day-to-day contact, Jacob. The entire experience felt like a partnership - they were thoughtful, consultative, responsive, collaborative, and knowledgableable with creating compelling visuals that can be translated to a website.
Their level of preparation pre-filming ensured ideal output as possible given the variability with Ithaca weather: e.g., making repeated visits to test times with varying light, etc. Jon Reis operates with the highest levels of professionalism and expertise.

I needed a portrait photo to accompany a publication on a very short notice.on a very snowy day. Jon Agreed to give me an appointment. He and his Assistant Jacob were great to work with.friendly, lots of safety protocols, able to put me "at ease" and a good system for selecting the photo I preferred. They emailed me the photo file that very day.and I made my deadline. I highly recommend them.

Jon Reis photography was a GREAT experience! Jon was very responsive - he returned my phone call right away and got me in the very same day with his assistant, Jacob. Jacob was kind and made me feel incredibly comfortable and took AMAZING pictures. This is the third time I have had headshots taken, but the first that I really love. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
