What types of portrait sessions do you offer?
We offer studio and on-location sessions for families, high school seniors, senior pets, puppies/kittens, and equine portraits. All sessions include personalized consultation and custom ordering appointments.
How should we prepare for a pet portrait session?
Bathe/groom pets beforehand, bring favorite toys/treats, and ensure proper restraint. For dogs, use collars without tags that match fur color. Cats must be brought in carriers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with final payment due upon completion of portraits.
Do you photograph black pets?
Yes! We specialize in photographing black animals using specialized techniques to highlight their features against matching backgrounds for dramatic results.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your portraits, we'll reprint them or provide a full refund.
How far do you travel for on-location sessions?
On-location sessions include a $225 fee plus travel charges for distances over 10 miles from our Wilsonville studio. We serve the entire Pacific Northwest region.
