I recently had the pleasure of working with Julia at Hite Photo on a custom piece of my precious little nugget. Let me just say, her Photoshop skills are out of this world! Julia made the entire creative process, from ideation to implementation, completely seamless and fun. She is a true creative at heart and the customer service she provided was top notch. I have never felt more heard and taken care of in my entire life. I highly recommend Hite Photo for any custom photo or printing needs.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness The owner was rude and curt with me on the phone. I was hoping for some more sympathy as the photos being printed were for a funeral of a dear family member of mine. I wish I would've taken my business elsewhere.

I go out of my way to drive 30 min to Hite because this is the only place I go to develop and print my film simply because of their friendly service and speedy work. My pictures get done in 2 hours on the dot and turn out perfect. Plus if you're a student they offer a 20% discount.

Came in to get a passport photo of our 11 week old and they refused to wear a mask after we asked. Still took the photo but was not particularly nice about our request. Did not really care to make customers feel comfortable

The owner and staff here offer refreshingly honest and helpful customer service. I've been there multiple times to transfer old videos, blow up photos etc. and twice, the staff told me that they can definitely help me with whatever project I brought in, but that there is an easy, cost effective DIY way. They saved me a good deal of money! I recommend them 100%!
