Our style mixes photojournalism with fine art--capturing authentic moments, details, portraits and landscapes from your wedding day in a creative and documentary way. One of our greatest strengths is bringing out the personality of each unique wedding through our work with photographs that make you feel like you were in that moment.

Our shared love of photography (Jessica's degree is in Photojournalism and Lyle had been shooting film most of his life) was one of the things that drew us to each other when we first met. Interestingly we didn't hire wedding photographers when we got married and just had our family take a few photos (and you can imagine how well those turned out!), which is one of our biggest regrets. We consider it a huge honor to spend one of the happiest days of your life with you and document it for you and your families.

This was a great decision, as we ended up working with them twice (once for an elopement session in 2020 and once for our rescheduled wedding in 2021) and had great experiences both times! Jessica and Lyle are both easy to be around, which was greatly helpful in making everyone comfortable throughout the day.

We know there are lots of wedding photographers out there and choosing one can be an overwhelming process. You should look carefully at their portfolio -- ask to view a full wedding gallery of theirs and fall in love with the style, first and foremost. Make sure they have experience shooting real weddings (some photographers do a lot of styled/model shoots which are totally different than a wedding day!) and shooting in different weather and lighting conditions (it's important!)Do the photos move you?

We consider it at honor to document a couple's wedding day and would love to speak with you to hear more about your plans!. On average couples spend between $4500-10,500 on their wedding collection with us. Elopements begin at $1500. Please contact us for a quote! In order to provide the best service and attention to our clients we only accept 10 weddings per year.
