About Us
By now, you've probably come here wondering who is behind this and what kind of treasured gifts we can make for you, your family, and your friends. Fortunately, you've come to the right place. Several years ago, I started selling beautiful acrylic photo frames on Amazon. It was a hit, and I sold tens of thousands of frames to customers all across the USA.
Questions
How are the crystals created?
We use subsurface laser engraving to create 3D images inside K9 glass crystals. Our designers remove backgrounds, convert photos to 3D models, then engrave using specialized laser equipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to US addresses. Our free shipping applies to orders over $79 within the continental United States.
Can I add text to my crystal?
Yes, you can add personalized text along with your photo engraving. We support up to 40 characters using five different font options for customization.
What happens if my crystal breaks?
Our Break-Free Guarantee replaces crystals damaged within five years of purchase. Contact customer service to request a replacement for accidental damage incidents.
How long does production take?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days after photo approval. The engraving process itself takes 5-30 minutes depending on design complexity before packaging and shipping.
Are the engravings in color?
Our laser engraving creates white-toned images through microfractures in the glass. While not actual color printing, the 3D depth creates realistic visual effects from properly optimized source images.

I sent pictures of 2 family dogs that had passed on and was very anxious to see the finished products. They sent me updates and when they were shipped which was quick. When they arrived I couldn't wait to open them. One was a gift for my daughter and one for myself. I was was so excited to see what an awesome job they did. Made me so happy I found a business that produces such a great way to honor our pets. Definitely planning on using them again in the future to memorialize my parents!

To help our mother deal with his absence, my siblings and I wanted to get a memorial bust of our father. We provided a photograph taken a few years before his passing, and sent the digital file to Crystal Clear Memories. Our crystal was shipped a few days later and was our gift to her on Christmas. We are very happy with the quality of the "engraving." Our mother is very appreciative of having something a little more tangible to have nearby.
The engraving captured the details of his smile and beard, and the detail of his shirt, which had been made by my mother, is remarkable. I am amazed at the ability to look through the lenses of the glasses and see the temple piece behind it - that 3D representation from a 2D photograph is rather impressive. We could not be happier. The speed of the process, coupled with the detail of the final product is outstanding. We will definitely use Crystal Clear Memories for more similar projects.

I gave this Crystal Clear Memories product as a belated Christmas gift to a very good friend who lost his wife last October. I took the picture a few years ago and it was such a testament to their love for each other. My friend loved the picture so much that I found a way to immortalize it. Crystal Clear Memories incorporated the picture into a beautiful piece of art that will last forever. He was so impressed with it that he sent this picture to all his friends on FaceBook. He received over 100 comments and "love" emojis. Thank you Crystal Clear Memories for a wonderful creation. I will definitely be contacting you again.

Satisfied Customer here! The Customer Service was great. Everyone, including the owner himself, provided exceptional service with following up on the satisfaction of the product, tracking status and so much more. I purchased this gift for my Dad, it was a cube memorial of my Grandma who has passed away. My Dad was in tears when he opened it. It was the perfect gift and the most reasonably priced. I will be ordering from this company in the future. Thank you for a great experience!
